Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item in its original packaging.
If it arrives damaged or proves defective, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours with photos.
If you change your mind, the return is yours to arrange and pay for. These are heavy pieces and return freight is genuinely expensive — we would rather tell you now than at the counter.

Dust metal and glass with a dry or slightly damp cloth, then dry it. Brush linen and fabric shades with a soft brush or a vacuum dust attachment rather than washing them. Never submerge any part of a lamp.
Unplug before changing a bulb and let the old one cool first. Stay at or below the maximum wattage listed in the specifications above.
A 16-inch vanity light in gold, with a frosted acrylic diffuser on a painted aluminium body. It runs on a built-in rechargeable battery rather than mains wiring — up to 20 hours per charge depending on brightness, with the charging cable included. A wireless control switches between three light colours and dims from 10 to 100 percent, and the light remembers the last setting used. It mounts either magnetically or with the included iron plate and screws.
With no wiring and no cord, it mounts above a mirror, over a dressing table or makeup station, along a hallway, beside a headboard, above a bookshelf or in a walk-in closet. The magnetic mount means it lifts off for charging and can be repositioned without new holes, which makes it workable in rentals, apartments and dorm rooms where a hardwired fixture is not possible.
