One year against manufacturing defects

Every Gleamdreams product carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, running from the date of delivery.

What this covers

Faults in materials or workmanship — a switch that fails, a socket that stops making contact, a finish that lifts or flakes without provocation, a weld or joint that gives way under normal use, wiring that fails inside the fixture, a solar panel or built-in battery that stops charging under normal use.

What this does not cover

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by attempted repair or modification. Bulbs are consumable and are not covered, including bulbs supplied with the product. Damage from exceeding the maximum wattage listed on the product page is not covered.

Indoor products are intended for indoor use only, and damage from using them outdoors is not covered. Outdoor products are covered when used within the water-resistance rating stated on their product page; damage from immersion, standing water, or use beyond that rating is not covered.

How to make a claim

Email hello@gleamdreams.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photographs or a short video showing it. We will assess the claim and respond within two business days.

If the claim is upheld, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, and we cover shipping in both directions. If it falls outside the warranty, we will tell you plainly and, where we can, suggest a fix.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law and does not limit them.
