Shipping policy

Free shipping, every order

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum and no threshold to reach.

Where we ship

The United States only. We do not currently ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

How long it takes

Orders are processed and dispatched from our US warehouse within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 2–7 business days depending on the item and your address.

Larger floor lamps and side tables sit at the longer end of that range; smaller table lamps and sconces usually arrive at the shorter end.

Carriers

We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. The carrier is chosen per item based on size and weight, so we cannot guarantee a specific one in advance.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the shipping label is created. If tracking has not updated within two business days of dispatch, email us and we will chase the carrier.

Damage in transit

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, email hello@gleamdreams.com within 48 hours with photographs of the item and the outer packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
