Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item in its original packaging.
If it arrives damaged or proves defective, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours with photos.
If you change your mind, the return is yours to arrange and pay for. These are heavy pieces and return freight is genuinely expensive — we would rather tell you now than at the counter.

Dust metal and glass with a dry or slightly damp cloth, then dry it. Brush linen and fabric shades with a soft brush or a vacuum dust attachment rather than washing them. Never submerge any part of a lamp.
Unplug before changing a bulb and let the old one cool first. Stay at or below the maximum wattage listed in the specifications above.

Enough light to move by
50 lumens of 3000K warm white from four LEDs — enough to see a hallway or a bathroom without waking anyone up. Not a reading light.
Leaves the outlet usable
The body covers only the lower socket, so the second outlet stays free for a lamp, a charger or a vacuum. That matters in hallways and kitchens where outlets are scarce.
Costs almost nothing to run
0.5 watts each. At seven hours a night that works out to roughly 0.7 kWh per year per light.
