Returns & Warranty

Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item in its original packaging.

If it arrives damaged or proves defective, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours with photos.

If you change your mind, the return is yours to arrange and pay for. These are heavy pieces and return freight is genuinely expensive — we would rather tell you now than at the counter.

A 9W LED with three color temperatures — 3000K warm for evenings, 4500K natural for working, 6500K bright for daylight tasks. The shade is macrame wrapped over linen, and rotates a full 180°, so you can aim light down onto a book or up off the wall without moving the lamp. At 59 inches, it sits well above seated eye level, so you get reading light without glare.
