Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item in its original packaging.
If it arrives damaged or proves defective, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours with photos.
If you change your mind, the return is yours to arrange and pay for. These are heavy pieces and return freight is genuinely expensive — we would rather tell you now than at the counter.

Dust metal and glass with a dry or slightly damp cloth, then dry it. Brush linen and fabric shades with a soft brush or a vacuum dust attachment rather than washing them. Never submerge any part of a lamp.
Unplug before changing a bulb and let the old one cool first. Stay at or below the maximum wattage listed in the specifications above.
A 9.8 foot curtain of 300 warm white LEDs on twelve hanging strands, for a pergola, a porch rail, a window or a wall. It runs from a low-voltage transformer and carries an IP44 water-resistance rating, so it can stay up outside as well as in.
Eight lighting modes
Combination, in-waves, sequential, slow glow, flash, slow fade, twinkle and steady-on, selected with a button on the transformer. Steady-on is the one most people leave it on; the rest are there for a party.
IP44 water-resistant
Rated IP44, which covers splashing water from any direction — rain on a covered porch or an exposed pergola. The wire is copper strand under a transparent plastic covering with a PVC casing. IP44 is splash resistance, not immersion: do not submerge it or run it underwater.
Low voltage to the lights
The transformer plugs into a standard 110V outlet and steps the supply down to 30V DC at 120mA for the light string itself, so the strands stay cool to the touch over long runs. Use only the supplied adapter, or one of the same voltage from a reputable manufacturer.
Where it goes
Pergolas, porches, patios and garden fences outdoors. Indoors it works across a window, behind a bed as a headboard wall, over a tapestry or sheer curtain, or hung as a room divider. At 9.8 feet square it covers a standard window or a single pergola bay.
