Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item in its original packaging.
If it arrives damaged or proves defective, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours with photos.
If you change your mind, the return is yours to arrange and pay for. These are heavy pieces and return freight is genuinely expensive — we would rather tell you now than at the counter.

Dust metal and glass with a dry or slightly damp cloth, then dry it. Brush linen and fabric shades with a soft brush or a vacuum dust attachment rather than washing them. Never submerge any part of a lamp.
Unplug before changing a bulb and let the old one cool first. Stay at or below the maximum wattage listed in the specifications above.

Bend the stems where you want them
Stems and leaves are wired inside, so they hold whatever angle you bend them to. You can splay the flowers out among real planting or stand them upright as a formal pair, and reshape them later without the stems going slack.
Seven colours, on its own
Eight LEDs across the two stakes cycle slowly from the flower's own colour through blue, green, red and back. After the first switch-on they run automatically — on in the dark, off in daylight.
IP65 rated
Dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction, so rain and sprinklers are fine. Stainless steel poles, ABS stems and fabric petals. IP65 covers jets, not immersion — do not sit the solar panel in standing water.
Charging and runtime
A 0.3W polycrystalline panel fills the 600mAh AAA cell in 6 to 8 hours of direct sun, giving 8 to 10 hours of light. Runtime varies with the season, the weather and where you site them. If they have been boxed for a while, charge them in sunlight before first use.
Where it goes
Among planting in a bed, edging a path, either side of a step, or in a pot on a patio. Site the panels where they get direct sun through the day.
The ground stakes are sharp — handle them carefully and keep them away from children.
