Orders leave our US warehouse in 1–3 business days and arrive in 2–7 business days, carried by FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on the item. You will get tracking by email as soon as the label is created.

Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item in its original packaging.
If it arrives damaged or proves defective, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours with photos.
If you change your mind, the return is yours to arrange and pay for. These are heavy pieces and return freight is genuinely expensive — we would rather tell you now than at the counter.
Warranty. One year against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

Dust metal and glass with a dry or slightly damp cloth, then dry it. Brush linen and fabric shades with a soft brush or a vacuum dust attachment rather than washing them. Never submerge any part of a lamp.
Unplug before changing a bulb and let the old one cool first. Stay at or below the maximum wattage listed in the specifications above.
A copper-finish metal watering can with a cut-out pattern, trailing a spray of multicolour fairy lights from the spout. It comes with both a hanging hook and a ground stake, so it can hang from a branch or a shepherd's hook, or stand in a bed.
Pattern on the ground, not just the can
The can body is pierced with a repeating cut-out design. Lit from inside, it throws that pattern across whatever sits beneath it — a path, a deck board, a step. In daylight it reads as a decorative brass-coloured object rather than a light.
Solar, with nothing to plug in
An integrated solar cell charges the built-in battery through the day and the lights come on after dark. No cord, no outlet and no running cost.
Two ways to site it
Supplied with a hook and a metal stake. Hang it from a tree branch, a pergola beam or a hook, or push the stake into a bed so it sits among planting. The fairy light strand can be arranged to fall where you want it.
